depending on your weight, about 40 - 60 but you're not really doing very much good overall if that's all you're aiming for. you can do your body much more good simply by walking 30 minutes, plus you'll burn more calories. if you're trying to control your weight, or burn calories, do it in a way that is safe and beneficial to your body.
