Like what kind of food, excersises, running, situps How do i get my six pack back

No fast food
Fried food
all that bad stuff
exercise
lots of water it makes you feel great especially if its ice cold

you should be able to get your shape back if you work at it

15 lbs isn't really that much
but anyway if you really wanna lose it try eating a full protein diet
also try some cardio exercise like jogging,or skipping
but if your lazy go to a sauna and stay they with a sweatsuit you will lose it in no time at all

its quite simple. if u are determined to lose the weight, you should run about 1-2 miles every other day. Make sure you stop drinking carbonated drinks and drink water water water.
