If this fictional being screamed from the moon, the vacuum of space would prevent any sound from being heard. So it would be like he hadn't said anything. In fact, he could be doing that right now and we wouldn't know.

Well, if Allah screamed ANYTHING from the moon and it was clearly Allah screaming, then that would pretty much confirm Islam all by itself, wouldn't it. Same goes for Christianity, Judaism, Buddhism etc.
