Power to you!
It's extremely important because even though I'm only 13 there's no way I'm going to be pressured into pre-marital sex when I'm older because it's a sin, since you were talking about Christianity.

A life of celibacy for the sake of the Kingdom is a gift of God's grace for those who are called to it. But everyone is called to be celibate until marriage, even though most in today's society don't know how spiritually damaging it is to not save ones self for their marriage partner.

Celibacy just means abstinence. It is very natural, and we all practice it. Even people who have sex a lot are practicing abstinence during the time between having sex.

Celibacy is perfectly normal for everyone. And we must know that our body is a temple for the Holy Spirit.

it is your sex existence and also you're the only which has to stay with your decision. it truly is authentic that human beings ought to nicely be dedicated to at least one yet another and in no way be married, even with the undeniable fact that there will be a more effective possibility of split once you're not to any extent further married. also you need to imagine about being pregnant. do you want to have the potential of adjusting into pregnant with a guy that you're not to any extent further married to? probable no longer. also ask your self if it would remember to you in case your better 0.5 has had sex before and also you hadn't or vice versa. it will be demanding so that you'll stumble on a guy that ought to keep it in his pants that lengthy. It sounds like you somewhat have not got here upon a good guy for you yet. do not purely "provide in" on the subsequent relationship that somewhat does no longer be the neatest bypass. Wait till you stumble on a guy that you'll image your self getting married to and are both very dedicated to at least one yet another, yet there somewhat isn't something incorrect with waiting. do not let your persons impact you on your decision. they received't be those that ought to handle the outcomes-you're.

That is awesome.. Praise the Lord... I am working on my 2nd year... Praise the Lord for that as well, I have been saved for 3 years, but the first year was all about me..or so I thought.
It is very important to me to be celibate, not only because it is God's Word, but because I want my honeymoon to be so special for my mate. I believe that He is doing the same for me. I think that it will be a true test when we find each other, but I think that I am ready for that test. I just want it to be special and for our marriage to be blessed by the Lord.
Great question... glad you asked

Good for you! You are a strong person. I think there is a wide variety of situations that can arise. I am strongly against sex outside of a relationship, so to me it would be of utmost importance. And I do not have sex for some time after forming a relationship, to let my emotions go, and start thinking logically. I have only had one sexual partner and I'm hoping my next one will be the girl I marry.

Pride comes before destruction. Don't be "proud", rather thank God for giving you the grace to remain pure. The scripture warns: Let him who thinks he stands take heed, lest he fall.
