The monks of the order of St Derek use a natural creme of bat droppings to sooth the skin.

try using shaving creams and razors for sensitive skin. Also, it helps alot of people to stay in a hot shower for a few minutes before they shave. This makes the hair cut easier and reduces irritation to the skin.

Make sure you are using a new razor and lathering up well, soap works, but the shaving creams are better. Afterwards make sure to put on either after shave if it doesn't irritate your skin, or lotion.
