Depending on the availability and how far in advance you book, you can get a round trip for 25,000 miles in coach in the US. I know during Christmas time, miles are running up to 90,000 for a round trip. I booked a first class ticket from EWR to LAS and it was 90,000 points per person. You have to have your Capital one miles deposited in your airlines frequent flyer account.

Don't know about Capital One but many cards allow a round trip flight to anywhere in the continental U.S. after earning only 25,000 points.
Buy all your monthly groceries, and pay your bills with your card, you'll have 25,000 before you know it.
