I think you need to have chemistry, attraction or else it's just friends...opinion?

I think its very important.
I think attraction, chemistry, understanding and great communication work all really well together. chemistry makes things between you and your mate that much more intense and def helps the relationship or yes it can be more like a friendship. chemistry allows the relationship to grow and become something great.. without it.. it leaves it at a standstill...

Yep!!

Chemistry + Friendship = Good Relationship.

Friendship - Chemistry = Friendship.

I think that two main factors in a good relationship is that first you are good friends and secondly that you are attracted to them in a romantic way.

Anything without the attraction romantically would just be a good friendship.

chemistry is everything, but even if you don't discover in the beginning it has a way of showing itself sooner or later. You don't have to try when you have chemistry. When you find yourself forcing things to happen, it probably won't work.
