and has been hurting for about 2 hours or so. advil and tylenol don't work and neither do asperin. does anyone else have any other meds that will work? now i feel like i'm gonna puke.....

If over the counter medications aren't working ...I would not take anything else before seeing a doctor.
If you can't see a doctor for whatever reason , at least do your best to try to lay down and relax so the medication you have taken has a chance to leave your system.
You probably feel like puking due to the fact you may have taken to much medication already.
Try relaxing by; taking a comfortable soothing bath, drinking chamomile herbal tea (go easy if you feel like puking), maybe try some soft music, just to name a few ways .
Puking may be a good thing ...it would get rid of what is upsetting your stomach IE: too much medications, unless it is the headache that is causing you to feel this way.

You could be suffering from a migraine. Sometimes strong coffee helps. Sometimes ice packs help me too. If this continues tomorrow - call your doctor. There are medications that help with migraines. Unfortunately you may have to experiment until you find the one that works for you. Just a side note - if it is a migraine you may actually feel better once you puke. Once I do some violent vomiting and pass out the headache pain leaves. Not a fun way to get relief though.

most likely you have a migrane cold pack on the head work good but if you get them all the time you will have to see a nerologist and he will decide what pills to put you on

excedrin migraine is good for bad headaches. just one will ususally work. however if it last for very long go to the dr. or er just to make sure all is ok.

drink lots of water
go into a dark, quiet room
if all else fails, sleep it off
if no better in the a.m, call your doc-- u may have a migraine
