If you live near the coast fish is good. I have a freezer full of fish, my dad fishes. Other than that, chicken is cheap (I don't eat chicken or anything that walks on land really) Pescatarian. anyways um a vegetable dish, I think schezuwan broccoli is kosher...

There are many great rice recipes that are kosher. Just be mindful to add only fruits or vegetables if you are using cheese, and do not add meat at that point.

SOUP. I nearly always bring soup to a pot luck, since nobody else thinks to, and its about as cheap and nutritional as you can get.

what's non kosher about a pig? just get the biggest hog you can find and roast it over an open flame. rotisserie style.
