its simple if you have mobile after pressing 00 add country code and mobile no you wish to send sms

Try www.sms.ac. You can create a network of users whom you can text.

I am not sure whether it would work in Saudi, depends on whether there is pc/mobile text capabilities with the phone companies.

Why are you asking? I know Saudi has very strict rules on the interaction between males and females. Just hope you only use it for good.
