Found a popular online jewlery shop (I have ordered from them before and been happy with the results) that had an a ring of the same style but the center stone was Tanzanite. If your lady doesn't mind non-traditional you may be in luck.

go to a local jewler that makes his or her own peaces or designs them they might make one at fraction of the cost
