Has anybody lost weight fast? How did you do it? and how much did you lose?

Count your calories, I think it is something like 1200 -1600 equals 1 lb. If you are burning what you are bringing in you can loose weight safely and fairly fast depending on what your eating and how much you are exercising.

I have lost 30 lbs in 3 months.

i suggest u to do the following ways:
1) go 4 jogging or play games till u sweat.
2) drink a lot of plain water only.
3) don't eat carbohydrate food n meat but eat beans instead.
4) eat green vege n fresh fruits.
5) sleep only 6 hrs daily.

after 7 days u w'd get the result---2-3 kg.

perseverance is the hinge of success.

a good way to lose weight fast but not a permanent one is the rice diet its reallt annoying or atleast it was to me (i dont like brown rice) anyway its not guarenteed that youll keep it off but youll lose fast also try the readers digest change one it works really well

swap out brown rice or quinoa yes even the new super food which both add up to about 220 calories per cup for cauliflower or roasted peppers that are only about 30 calories per cup
