I am on the weight watchers diet. What are some 1-2 point snack foods or other foods that are good to eat?

There is a vegitable soup you could make for 0 points and it's tasty as heck. Also what Weight Watchers probably doesn't tell you is that protein is a fabulous hunger suppressent. It may not pack the vitamin punch that vegitables do, but lean meats are important in any diet and if they satisfy hunger, go with the protein. I don't know the points value of turkey peperoni, but that is zippy and you don't need much of it to satisfy hunger. You can use that sliding scale thing to figure out the points value. Good Luck!

Slim Fast Snack bars and the WeightWatcher Snack bars are pretty good, but they don't really save you points over regular granola bars. Fruits and Veggies are great (of course). Saltines with a little bit if cubed cheese is good too. As far as meals go, breakfast-cereal with fat free milk, fast food-Wendy's, and dinner at home- chicken with rice or pasta and LOTS of vegetables. Try steamed veggies with the no calorie butter spray.

You could make a really good Ice cream sandwich for only one point!! Just use chocolate gram crackers and put fat free whipped cream in between...then stick it in the freezer till the whipped cream hardens! mmmm mmmm gooood!
