Yes, Jesus is a Jew. Jews believe that Jesus was a teacher/prophet, but not the Messiah, so they do not worship Him as Christians do.
That does not mean Christians can't celebrate His birth.

Two reason's, first is the all changing a pagan holiday into a christian holiday by Constantine to help bring his people together. He wasn't really born of Dec. 25.
And, although Jews today don't recognize this (and it's OK); he was the fortold messiah of Judaism. He came to save us from death and sin, and teach us new principles beyond the laws of Moses. Example in the Bible Christ talks about the Judaism (of the time) "a tooth for a tooth, an eye for an eye, and a hand for a hand". But the new law presented by Christ was forgive and "turn the other cheek".

He was born in late sept-early october during the Jewish feast of tabernacles. Luke 1 is clear on this, as he was born 6 months after John the Baptist. Since John the Baptist was born on Passover, add 6 months and you are in the "feast of joy", tabernacles. How appropriate, huh! Roman pagans brought Dec 25 over when they became "catholics" as it was a pagan celebration day of winter.
The Jews dont celebrate it because they rejected Jesus and He was a rebel and a threat to their religion, as they see it.
Blessings
David

christmas is a pagan holiday and not even close to Jesus' Birth day. how can it be his birthday when when the Old Testament itself speaks against it. And most Jews dont believe that Jesus is the Son of God anyway.

Jews are a trick of the Hoax of the crucifixion and no Yahuud in the days of Christ would have known from which tribe he came.
Jewish businessmen are said to take their families to their empty warehouses for a Christmas Eve party every year where they all sing "What A Friend We Have In Jesus" all night.

Your more than a little confused, the Jews never called Jesus a king of anything, it was the Romans that call him the king of the Jews. Christ was not his last name his followers tacked the Christ on wrongly, Christ comes from the Greek Cristos which means anoted which Jesus never was, not the way all the Kings of Israel must be. Jesus is nothing to the Jews, not God, not the son of God, not the messiah, just an mortal who once lived and died.
