I shot many video clips (total abut 80mins) with my Panasonic Camcorder, then
I downloaded all the clips in windows movie maker and edit, join, add music...etc. It is ok to play and see but when I convert to VCD, it said there is not enough memory for temporary disc space. how to do

This sounds like a disk space problem to me, not a RAM or virtual memory problem. Most likely, you need to compress the video using a lower window size, or quality setting. You just dont have enough free space on your dard drive to hold this huge video file temporarily while it is being copied to DVD.

Maybe if you free up some SERIOUS space? If you right click on your C drive from within My Computer, and select properties, you will see how much is free. You will need at least the size of your movie file.

If you cant clear it up, get an external drive and move your big files (video & music)

the size of the disc is full already so there for you need another disc which is my prefer is DVD-R, the size of the DVD-R is consist of 4.7 gb rather than the CD-R it only consist of 700 Mb (80 mins). The DVD-R dics is you can also play it on a VCD Player...and you need a software also to burn it which is NERO 7 Premium and you can download it at WWW.download.com for free.

If you want more memory, your options are to purchase and add more physical RAM and/or change your virtual memory setting via: Start > Control Panel > Performance and Maintenance > System > Advanced tab > Performance Settings > Advanced tab > Virtual memory - Change
