I'm a bartender and you really shoudn't mix crown with anything except on the rocks because it is a nice canadian whiskey. However many people drink it with coke or ginger ale.
A shot to make with Crown is called the Washington Apple
1 oz crown
3/4 oz apple pucker
splash of cran
strain into rocks glass
It tastes like an apple with a kick!

I usually drink Crown Royal straight but if I mix it, I will mix it with ice tea or ginger ale.

Here is a drink to try......it is called a royal flush you mix cranberry, orange juice peach schnapps and crown to your own liking. not as much oj just a lil bit. yummy!!! Can do as shots or a drink. Cheers!

RED BULL!!! Crown and Red bull is good.
I dont like Red Bull normally but mixed with crown...very good and easy to drink.

crown should be drank on the rocks, but if you must mix a simple cola will do

Crown is good as shots, you shouldn't mix it, it tastes too good the way it is, and it's too expensive.
