i'm 5'4 and weigh like 113 pounds... i don't really care about weight, because I know muscle weighs more than fat. I'm fairly muscular (mainly my stomach and legs), but I want to lose fat around those areas but i'm not sure how to go about that. I eat healthy, drink lots of water, and I exercise.. alot (riding horses three times a week- burns like 600 calories each time, and i run on days i don't ride)

There are no exercises that you can do to reduce spot areas of fat. Just so that I dispel all the myths I'll say it again: There are no exercises that you can do to reduce spot areas of fat.

To reduce the fat around your tummy and legs YOU MUST REDUCE YOUR BODY FAT PERCENTAGE AS A WHOLE

This means more weights around the arms and upper body. As a female you'll probably be fairly weak in those areas even though you are thin. By building that muscle it will give you some more definition and help burn more fat. You should definitely fit in 2 weight training sessions in your week and that should help you with the excess fat you're carrying. the cardio you do will work your new muscles and help burn the fat off.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!
