Think about this, nothing is old and nothing is new, if you refer to humans, old is only a figment of people's imagination, why? because the most we can live is about one hundred years, and what is a hundred years compared with time? nothing, you can't even say a millionth of a second because is not exact, it's just the appearance what changes..☺

I suppose it depends on ones own age and physical condition.
To some 40 is old..
To some 40 is young...
To some 60 is old..
To some 60 is young..

My 3 month old nephew is getting old because he is doing new things.
My friends 3 year old daughter is still young because she throws fits and doesn't act like a big girl.
My dad is old because he is 52.
I am young because I am only 21.

Old is a relitive term so take your pick.

Old is generally the same age as your Parents.
Really old is generally the same age as your Grandparents.

depends. fourty is old. as soon as your kid does something (talk, walk, write, etc) thats old.
