Its your taste buds. Your sour taste buds are located at the front of your tongue, and they're getting inflamed by too much sourness.

See, the sour taste buds are at the front of the tongue because biologically we're supposed to taste something really quick with the tip of our tongue. Sour is supposed to mean bad. But with all the sour candies and stuff, people subject their taste buds to more sourness than they're meant to.

Cut down on the sour stuff. If you have to have sour, then put the sour candy on the back of your tongue, away from your sour taste buds.

sounds like it an allergic reaction.. use a shot glass with 1 part hydrogen peroxide and 2 parts water, and rinse.. it's a weird taste, but because it foams you could scare someone and tell them you have rabbies ( i did it to my husband once)
