I don't plan on using just the pills to affect my weight loss, I work out 3-5 times per week for an hour each day, with 30 minutes of cardio. I seem to lose only 1 lb or 2lbs a month, even with healthy eating.

Sorry to be confusing, Morgan. What I mean is I use them while I work out. I know some people who just take the pills and not bother with working out.

I've tried NV, Slim Quick and tons of others. I just felt really jittery all day. I did take them before working out and that turned out to be better but I still felt weird. I've been trying exercise only for about 4 months and I only dropped 7 lbs. But with cleaning and exercising I lost 22 lbs in a month. I tried Isagenix 9 day cleanse. I'm going to do it again next month. My doctor recommended it to me for my weight loss. With a good cleanse you can lose up to 10 lbs in 9 days. And it's not just water weight. Just cleanse, eat healthy and exercise at least 1 hour 3 times a week. Even if it's just walking around the mall or the track. I'm now on month 2 and I've lost a total of 35lbs. Good luck.

be patient, it took time to gain the weight, now it will take time to loose the weight. i don't recommend the pills though. Just do it natural, but now is really not a good time to try and lose the weight with the holiday fast approaching !!!! maybe wait until after the first of the year. get a partner and workout, and walk together. that usually helps. good luck

I'm confused. You said that you don't want the pills to affect your weight loss, however, you then stated that you "seem to lose only 1 or 2 lbs/month even with healthy eating". It sounds like you're saying that regular exercise isn't fast enough for you and you want the pills to help you lose more weight....am I wrong?

I used Stacker 2. I even cut the dosage. But they made me so jittery. I would lie awake after going to bed, hours after having taken the last pill of the day, and my heart would just race and race. I decided it just wasn't worth it.
