On the evening of Friday December first with lost our electricity due to a storm. Saturday morning my husband went in search of a generator. He finally found one at a Home Depot some distance away. He went and got the generator and then had to run around getting everything he needed to get the thing up and running (cords, power strips, oil, gas.) By the time he got everything the sun was already getting low in the sky. We didn't have power so he was really rushing trying to get it set up before he lost the sunlight. He was getting very frustrated. I kept asking him if there was anything I could do and he kept say, "No, there's nothing you can do." So then I got frustrated because there was nothing I could do to help him. But then I realized that there was something I could do....I could pray for him. So I prayed and asked God to help him.

About a half hour after I prayed a guy pulled in our driveway who was a stationary engineer and a licensed electrician and he helped my husband get the generator up and running.

Awesome example of the miracles that God performs from our prayers!
Same sort of thing happening here...
We have no money for Christmas and are raising two grand children....I put this on a prayer list and every one is helping us....
I went to Church Sunday morning and by Sunday night a miracle happened...
God put Joy Joy Joy into my heart and it didn't matter to me that I have nothing to put under our Christmas tree.....
I just gave all this to Jesus and he is taking care of us I know there will be a miracle for these children on Christmas morning...
Now all you that say to me get a job...
My husband has a job but his boss has been threatening to fire him....I put this on my prayer request line and his boss had a change of heart....Miracles happen every day!

Each day I have testimonies that I can tell about the goodness of the Lord and the little ones make a big difference. Just to see another day; have a job; me and my family are healthy...... you name it. God is so good.

I had been really ill and was on a feeding tube for awhile and my husband was left to shoulder the burden of the bills, house and medical. Needless to say we were struggling. One day out of the blue, we got an envelope stuck to our door with money for us to go buy groceries, which we were running low on. The money was left as I said in a plain envelope with no one's name left for us to thank. I believe God help's all of us at times, some of us understand it for what it is and others simply take the gift and go on without care for who sent the angel to them in the first place.

We sometimes think salvation is one act. But the truth is that we are saved every day. I thank God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit that I am saved every day.
