About 3 months ago I hooked up with this guy I knew for one night. But, we kept talking for another month until we decided to start a relationship (which has been going great for 2 months now)
However, The other night at dinner he told me that during the month we were talking (before our relationip officially started) he slept with another girl. He said that it was a mistake and he felt absolutely nothing for her.
I'm not sure how to react. Should I feel hurt even though we weren't technically in a relationshp?

At least he's being honest. What happened before your official relationship started doesn't matter. What matters is the present, not the past.

I cant really tell you how to feel because only one person can control the way you really feel and thats you. But if i was you i wouldnt be that hurt because he cares enough for you to tell you about her ya know? he coulda just kept that hid from you

If it was before and he does'nt talk to her anymore,then don't worry about it.If he still talks to her,ask why.
