1) because the Second Coming is the COMING of a Person; not the person Himself.
2) It is the Lord Jesus Christ, Himself, Who is going to come again; He who was dead and, behold, is alive forevermore.
3) Because the Mount of Olives has not been split in two by an earthquake. And it will be when HIS feet shall stand on the Mount at the Second Coming!

Thats a good question - we dont. But if you were to go public with your speach and tell people openly you are the Second Coming - Christ reborn you will - I can guarrantee it get apprehended and locked in a psych unit with some sedatives injected into your behind!!!!
And that is the great faith of Christianity - its a nice myth and a lovely belief system but if another virgin claimed right now they were pregnant with Gods child they too would be locked up in a psych ward with said sedaitives injected in the rear end. The fact is people simply dont beieve it happened 2000 years ago and they dont believe it now as demostrated with some fellow on the Yahoo who said he was Jesus Christ and people verbally abused him. God help the real second coming - come to think of it he probably is sitting in a psych ward preaching and has been diagnosed with schizerphrenia with paranoid delusions!!!!!

Because your announcement would have likely been accompanied with some sort of angelic fanfare.
Because the events foretold in the book of Revelation didn't really accompany your arrival.

Any Christian who reads the Bible knows you are not the Second Coming, because the Bible warns us not to believe it when others claim that they are Christ returned to earth. It assures us that, when He truly does return, "EVERY EYE SHALL SEE HIM!"
"For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so also shall the coming of the Son of man be" (Matthew 24:27)!
