Zoroastrianism had its main impact on Judaism after the Jewish Babylonian captivity in 537 B.C. when Cyrus the Great, the king of the Persian Empire, marched into Babylon and released the Jewish people from captivity. Keep in mind that orthodox Jewish belief did not include an afterlife of heaven and hell and a final judgement as Zoroastrianism does. The contact of the Jewish people and the Persian Empire is well documented in the Old Testament. Aside from the afterlife belief, Zoroastrianism also acknowledges a belief in a messiah, or in Old Persian, saoshyant, which probably also had an impact on Judaism.

Hope this helps you out! :)
