Guys, when you stare at a girl when walking pass her, do you think she's pretty?
What are the reasons why a guy might contantly look at a girl, like being able to pick herout of a crowd, and make eye contact with her...then when the girl looks at him, he doesn't look away?
When you walk pass her and stare at her, what would be the main reason? What if the girl was an acquantance, a total stranger, or a person you see once in a while around school? (Boogers don't count) I don't think he's staring at me cause of my looks because I don't think I'm pretty at all. We made eye contact three times before. The first and second time, he looked at me first, and the third time, I looked at him first, then he looked at me for one second, then looked away. Why do you think he looked away this time?

Hard to say. But you made eye contact. Unless you are a complete gorgon, there is something there. You have esteem issues; you say you are not pretty, but I am sure you are too hard on yourself. This is probably the reason you are not used to guys looking at you.
Personally, I would wait until you make eye contact again and go over to him and start a conversation. It may lead somewhere, it may not, but if you like him then there's no reason a girl can't make the first move.
You should like yourself more. You seem to have good grammar which indicates to me intelligence and therefore a certain degree of social awareness. Value yourself.

Well, for one thing, when a guy does that he probably likes you, even if you dont think that you are pretty, that doesnt mean that other people dont think that. He probably doesnt have a reason other than that he admires you. That is all I can say. But, just remember, "there is someone out there for everyone."

He is not trying to be a bold person, maybe trying to see if you will come over and talk to him, or he is actually shy, or he doesnt want you to think he is a weirdo, by staring at you

Uh... if she's pretty then I think she's pretty, yeah.
Why else would a guy stare at a girl? We don't stare at ugly.

Yeah, i do that with really pretty or really ugly people. Actually you'll get more looks if your ugly.
