...what your screen name and avatar represent (if not simply your name and icon/photo) and why you chose them? Do they hold any religious or spiritual meaning for you?

"Chicky" is the nickname given to me by my niece when she was two. I am named after a plastic Fisher-Price chicken from the Play Family Farm! : ) The photo is just me.

First I want to say that this is a great question. I love reading the other answers.
Now on to my name, Very simple, my name is Katie and love to read and write haiku's. You would think I would get a lot of answers in haiku form, but I have only received two.
My avatar is always changing for the seasons, holidays and how I am feeling. Right now I have on a wedding dress and the back ground is in Vegas because I am getting married there on the 26th.
I look forward to reading all the other answers you get.

I just put a picture of me because that is who I am, and my name is not so much because of my physical age, but because I have been a Christian over 60 years and that is very old for a person to be a christian. I been around the Christian scene a long time and seen a lot of new things come and go. Personally I don't think things are improving in the spiritual world.

My avatar, I imagine you can see is just yahoo's avatars.
My screen name came about because of a game I play called Vampire: The Masquerade (not the computer game, the pen and paper game, where the computer game was developed from).
If you know the game, you'll know what a Ductus is. Well, my character became a Ductus and I was asked what I wanted to name my pack. Moiraes Fate is one of the names I came up with. The name is actually Grecian. The Moirae are the three Grecian Fates. So I thought... what would be the Fates Fate. And so I came up with The Moiraes Fate.
If you play the game, you'd know the irony in that since it's a game about vampires and vampires live forever.
It holds no meaning other than a vague amusement.

My nickname is all musical. Black Parade refers to my favorite CD. Billie is from Billy Corgan of the Smashing Pumpkins
My original avatar was a scary lady in a gas mask, artwork FROM "The Black Parade" - but nobody liked it :) Also I thought that Atheists give people the creeps enough, so I went to www.cuteoverload.com and found the cutest little picture I could :) Also I volunteered at a Hedgehog Festival for a few years.
What about you Chicky?

My avatar represents how much time I invested in this internet thing (as you can see I take this very seriously) and my screen name is my name because it is my name, and I take that very seriously too. There may be some spiritual significance to my using my own name, but I haven't figured that out yet. I'll get back to you later on that. lol

I use my avatar to talk to my mom (on yahoo messenger) who lives 250miles away she thinks my avatar is cute. I choose Selar because I heard on tv the words 'cellar door' were the 2 most beautiful combination of English words. And I agree, so that is me Selar. No religious meaning though.

I choose my name God b4me because of the passage in the bible If God is for me who can be against me? That is so true if God is on your side who else do you need? Anyway the avatar is the closest likeness of me on there. Is that really your picture Chicky? I like your picture. Blessings

Abarai Renji from the anime "Bleach" right after he had the crap beaten out of him by Byakuka, the Captain of the 4th? division in Soul Society, where the invisible battle between evil and good is fought, and ennui is defeated. (Renji is his first name) He kind of looks like Christ, doesn't he?
StoryJunkie is just some stupid name I made up for the hell of it.
