Did you search ebay? I was surprised how many old movies I was able to find on there.

try looking for 'white cliffs of Dover' in the black and white films sections. It was made either during or just after the second world war.

isn't it the white cliffs of dover?
I would try ordering it online or checking out the local library if they have movies.

They just showed it on TCM a few days ago.
