Would guys really go as far as raping their friend(a girl) for sex?? I have had a guy do this once, how many would do this?? I have many guy friends.These guys have all asked me out a few times b4. but I said no, and now am with my b/f but they still like me.

I am really sorry to hear that. But the unfortunate truth is yes. but NOT all guys. Most will realize that the girl is not interested. I can't even think it. I have 3 sisters, one older and two younger. I would REALLY be pissed if they didn't me. And after they told me or after I'd found out, there would some good old fashioned justice. I'm 34 yrs old and a semi-retired bounced with a lot former and current bouncer friends. Since you have a boyfriend I hope these other guys can figure out that you are not or ever will be interested and move on. Don't even give them the time of day, unless they are willing to be friends and ONLY friends. But keep your eyes and ears open. If anyone of starts being weird get out. If I'm sounding like a big brother than listen. Please tell someone about what has happened to you. A teacher, brother, best friend, PARENTS, POLICE.

An excuse of a guy might, BUT NOT a real guy. And I say this in reference to friend. And TRUE friend is a person who is there for you and would protect you against this type of thing. HE would NEVER even consider this. A guy can like a girl and NOT be interested in her for sex. You can be friendly and NOT have sex even with a boyfriend. But that is a decision that you must make. And if you had ANY GUY rape you, he needs his testicles cut off.

Rape is actually rarely about sex. It's a power and control thing. There is a significant amount of psychological research to back me up. Statistically, very few men will go as far as raping one of their friends just to get laid.
I am very sorry that you have been a victim of date rape. It's good that you know how to stay safe, so to speak. But don't let that one episode prevent you from having healthy friendships with guys.

Any guy who commits rape is not doing it for sex. They do it for power and control. What better way to feel like you have all the power over someone then by forcing them into sex??? So, to answer your direct question, NO guys generally do not go that far. They will talk a good game but not force a girl. But always watch out what situation you put yourself in because you may cross the mucked up one that would.

there are guys that will rape you but some do not think it is rape
they feel that yes you want or some cant take no as a answer
this is a very serious offence make sure you know who your friends are dont get caught slipping so they say but is not the womens fault we did nothing to deserve that behaviour
all I can say is know your friends and if any thing happen to you are any close to you they have the right to report this action these guys need help and punishment

The thing about rape is that it actually has little to nothing to do with sex...but it has EVERYTHING to do with violence. Sex is just the tool to administer that violence (just as a gun or your fists would be in a different situation).
I hope your friends get help because if not, they'll probably get time in jail. I really hope you had the guts to turn them in (you can do this anonymously by the way). I really hope that you don't like them back, I hope you wouldn't consider these people your friends, and finally, I hope for your sake that you stay as far away from this "guys" (I would refer to them as animals) as possible.

Sure hope that you're not friends with that guy any longer?!!! If he raped you, you should have had him arrested. What do your other guy friends have to do with your current boyfriend. I am confused with question. Unfortunately, as you found out, there are some males that would go so low! But by you not taking a stand, he will now probably do this to someone else!

Rape isn't about sex its about power. Unconsentual sex is wrong and any guy that does this to you or other women should be turned into the local authorities.
Personally I would castrate the sonsofbitches.
