I would bridge 2 or the 4 channels (the two "fronts" or the two "rears") to drive the sub, and hook one 6 x 9 to each of the remaining two channels.

Be sure to watch your phasing ("+" on the speaker to "+" on the amp, etc.). If your speakers are moving in phase, your sound will be best; if they are out of phase, they will sound thin and anemic (the bass frequencies tend to cancel each other out across two out-of-phase speakers).

Are u wiring the 6x9's into the same amp as the sub? Does the amp have a crossover for separate channels? If the amp doesnt have sep crossovers for the channels ur speakers will not sound their best, or even blow while pushing the power to the sub and 6x9's. If not i would suggest getting a sep crossover for the 6x9s. If u want to just go ahead and hook them up connect the pos to pos and neg to neg, but be advised u run the risk of blowing speakers and possibly ruining ur amp.

The two 6X9's total watts RMS must match the amps bridged channels watts RMS at the calculated impedance (ohms) or you could damage them.
