im going to ask this girl that i like and likes me to go to dinner and a movie, weve been on a couple of group dates, but i want this one to be private, when i ask her how should i tell her this, i wouldnt mind mabye 1 other couple, but not a many as the last couple of times, how should i tell her?

just tell her! she probably wants to be alone too....don't be afraid and ask her ,,if doesn't want to then ask someone else..

If your wanting to spend some real time with her....I would stay away from a dark theater that your not suppose to talk in!!! LOL!! If you want to get to know her on an intimate level, dinner is good. Maybe someplace where you could do some walking/talking would be good. Tell her you would like to get to know her better, and maybe that will give the hint of not so MANY other people.Good Luck!!!

Are you a teen? Invite another couple and make it a double date.
If you are an adult, it shouldn't matter, unless she is more comfortable in a group or her parents won't allow her to single date.
Just discuss it with her and go with the flow.

Don't ask her, just tell her that you would like to take her out to dinner and a movie on saturday and if she says ok, tell her you will pick her up at 7pm and leave it at that. if she invites others then just move on - she either isn't interested or she doesn't have a clue.

OK maybe she doesn't feel comfortable being alone with you yet.maybe you should ask her how she feel about being alone with you.then say because i want it to be just me and you so we can talk and get to know each other better.so i want to take you out and see a good movie and then to dinner so we can talk about where this relationship is headed.so yea i think that's all you need to do.
