I play ddr 40-60 mins a day.i eat a lot of fruits.i also eat fish and meat and veggies.and i jump rope almost every day.what else can i do to lose weight?

well you sound like you live a fairly heavy lifestyle. Tips for weight loss for you, I'd say 1. cut down on fruit. Fruit has natural sugar. 2. Increase your exercise until you sweat if you're not already. 3. Drink More Water! Water flushes toxins out of your body, as well as fat that that has been burned to make energy from existing fat stores. 8 glasses is a minimum, it's incredibly healthy and helpful when losing weight. and 4. Avoid starches and processed grains. Things like potatoes may be good for you (full of vitamins) but "sticks to the ribs" is a phrase for a reason. Plus, all white flours are useless empty carbs, half the amount of a whole-wheat product will give you just as much "fullness" and way more nutrition than white-flour proucts.

Have you tried a cleanse? I've been trying exercise only for about 4 months and I only dropped 7 lbs. But with cleaning and exercising I lost 22 lbs in a month. I tried Isagenix 9 day cleanse. I'm going to do it again next month. My doctor recommended it to me for my weight loss. With a good cleanse you can lose up to 10 lbs in 9 days. And it's not just water weight. Just cleanse, eat healthy and exercise at least 1 hour 3 times a week. Even if it's just walking around the mall or the track. I'm now on month 2 and I've lost a total of 35lbs. Good luck.

I lost 7 stone in four months including over 1 stone in one month using this thing called Lipotrim. It's really strict and you can only have sachets of powder mixed with water to produce milk-shake-style drinks (without milk though) or else special biscuits or soups they give you. Since I went off it I have sadly put on 1.5 stone again but I'm still far lower than I thought would be possible when I embarked on this journey. Check it out but it's expensive.
