Am I addicted?

Question

I tried Cocaine for the first time yesterday and did it again earlier today. I am thinking about it now and woyld like to do it. Is coke addicting?

Cocaine is highly addictive. One of its mechanisms is that it causes a discharge in the dopaminergic pathways of the brain which is where runner's high and the rush from skydiving and bungee jumping also come from.

Stay away from it and you may well be safe, but if you have it again you are probably addicted.

I've been an addict all my life so listen carefully. You are not an addict .....yet. Cocaine's pull is only psychological, try avoiding it for a day and its pull will decrease. I was a cocaine addict for about five years. I would have killed a hobo and sold his body for science just for a fix. At my worst I spent almost 5Ben's a day on my addiction. It was hard to kick but I did. I know how bad you want it, sometimes I still crave it. I can even smell it. So yes cocaine is addicting.
P.S. I snorted coke so much it wore a hole in the cartilage in between my nostrils.

I'm not sure what part of what country your living in...but where I'm from, our school systems do a fine job at educating us about drugs. Cocaine is a highly addictive drug. You should have found that out before trying it. Your body becomes addicted to the chemicals in it....and after a while you'll get sick unless you have coke.

Yes can be very addictive depending on who you are. I used to work with a bunch of girls that were addicted to coke. Some had children and would leave their children with other people just so they wouldn't have to watch them or spend any money on them. To them coke was their top priority. Like everyone else has said stop now and forget about it while you still can. If you don't it will be much harder to cut it out of your life.

yes, cocaine is very addicting, second only to heroine. I'd recommend not doing it anymore while you still might have the will power to resist, it can become a very expensive habit that can get you in a lot of trouble.

Incredibly, unbelievably addictive. My physician wisely told me there is no such thing as a casual cocaine user. He says rats will kill themselves to get more, and we aren't that different.

STOP NOW! Cocaine is highly addictive. If you keep using you will spiral further down into addiction. The longer you use it the harder it will be to quit and it wrecks people's lives. PLEASE stay away from that sh*t!
