DO YOU WANT TO LOSE THE WEIGHT SAFELY??


All you have to do is cut WAY down on sugary foods, cut down on ALL flour products (bread, rolls, cake, pastries, pasta, etc.) and that means anything with flour, AND any foods heavy in starch (bananas, potatoes, beans, rice, etc.) because starch BECOMES sugar after digesting.


Eat all the meat and veggies you want, just cut down on all FLOUR and STARCH based foods as possible - and ABSOLUTELY NO flour or starch based foods after 6 pm. If you must have a bedtime snack, eat something like a chunk of brick cheese, or a couple pickles, or a handful of raw veggies. Or even make yourself a small plate of mixed things like that. As long as you eat no flour or starchy foods after 6pm, you'll lose weight.





Since December of 2004, I have followed this plan, along with a walk every day for at least half an hour to an hour at a time.


I have lost 120 pounds as of the beginning of December this year.
(December 2004 - 400 pounds....December 2006 - 280 pounds)

Have you tried a cleanse? I've been trying exercise only for about 4 months and I only dropped 7 lbs. But with cleaning and exercising I lost 22 lbs in a month. I tried Isagenix 9 day cleanse. I'm going to do it again next month. My doctor recommended it to me for my weight loss. With a good cleanse you can lose up to 10 lbs in 9 days. And it's not just water weight. Just cleanse, eat healthy and exercise at least 1 hour 3 times a week. Even if it's just walking around the mall or the track. I'm now on month 2 and I've lost a total of 35lbs. Good luck.

Not eat for a week.

But no seriously, I would suggest working out, eating healthy foods, watching what you eat. You may not lose 5 pounds right away, but you will be on the right track to losing weight.

That is doable if you are dedicated.

Run everyday outside for 1 hour.
Eat only raw vegetables. This includes salads, with many colors.
Drink LOTS of water.

get rid of bad sugar from your diet. (ex: icecream, cookies, candy) and get rid of things processed like potatoe chips and cheez-its and then u should be set =)
