the best way to shape up and keep fit is simple: eat healthier and exercise more. you don't have to start any crazy diet or weird tricks. if you incorporate more exercise into your routine, at least three times a week, for thirty minutes or more, it will help. cardio burns fat. exercise boosts metabolism, which helps you burn fat easier. eating healthier also helps. drink more water, for example, instead of soda or sugary sweet juices. stick with things that are lean and healthy, such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains, fish, and chicken (grilled chicken is good). avoid things that are over processed or fried, and try to replace fatty snacks like donuts and doritos for fruits and rice crisps or something else you might like.

Martial arts (Kung Fu for me)....helped me lose a lot of weight after having a baby and tone up, and on top of it all, I love it.
