Your Body Mass Index at 120 pounds and 5' 6 " would be 19.37-- your weight is fine.
Under a BMI of 19, and you risk the health problems of being underweight.
I recommend researching Body Mass Index or BMI.

You should work out your BMI. if it is 18-25 you don't need to lose weight. Over 25 is overwieght less that 18 is underweight.
i usedr a calculator on the net and your BMI is 18.6
you don't need to loose weight, just try maintain it.

the weight that you are now is ok. to be honest you could stand to gain some weight. if you lost 10 more pounds, that would be too skinny.
