I don't need 8 hours of sleep i feel better if i wake up naturally after 5 or 6 hours than waking up in 8 hours with an alarm clock

We need to get as close to that amount of sleep as possible. while sleeping our body repairs the damage we have put it through. it also helps our immune system be able to become stronger. also, our brain gets to process what our minds don't process while awake. it is also neede for our digestive system. while we sleep our intestines are able to do what they have to do so we can do do ;)
