Before Abraham had children, when he was talking to God,he ask if the one to inhert his estate would be Eliezer of Damascus, who he could adopt. Why wouldn't he want to leave it to his nephew Lot?

Because a nephew is his Brother's descendant, not his own.

he took Lot out of Ur of the Chaldees and he went up to the promised land and Lot became a stinker ,, he wanted the good land and the good graise and his servants fought Abrahems servants about the flocks whose baby lambs and goats are these and so his brother went down to live in the cities of the plains Sodom ,, Gommoreh and we know what thats about .. he did every sin the folkes there did so even though he knew his brother forskaed the one God and did sin he tried to save him and after the Angels removed Lot from sodom he went up into a cave and his daughter got him drunk and tried to make children for him to have a boy child trhis was after his wife disobeyed God and became salt so see he was a mess ,,

Lot was already as rich or almost as rich as Abraham and it wouldn't follow the customs of the times to give it to his nephew.
