Well, no wonder. If you worry about a heart attack all day long, you are going to experience all of this.
The biggest diagnosis made for those pains you are describing is acid reflux and/or hiatal hernia. Don't feel embarrassed about it. A lot of people have gone to ER with this. They would rather you go to make sure then have a heart attack. I used to get this all the time and I would have to press my stomach on my footstool and lean forward. Now, I take Tums four times a day. I also take Prevacid and used to take Nexium (which totally took the problem away) but stopped because of the expense without insurance. Nexium cured me after about six to eight months. You are irritating the lining of your stomach and esophagus.
The acid reflux and hiatal hernia have the exact symptoms of a heart attack. Just don't take a chance. Go anyway, if you get another attack. Please. You need to find a physician to give you some prescription meds to control these symptoms. They will probably want to do a esophagogram on you. Don't eat at least 30 minutes before you go to bed,(really best to stop eating after 8 pm. Sleep with head of bed elevated, Take antiacid before and after meals. Stay off spicy foods, nuts, and anything containing seeds. Do some deep breathing exercises. If you think you are having a heart attack, immediately start coughing and then take one aspirin. You may save your life.
I hope this helps. Most importantly, take care of yourself by getting a good check-up.
Happy Holidays. Oh, and also, alcohol aggravates your symptoms as well. Sorry to have to break the news to you. I don't know if you drink or not, but if you do, lay off it for a few days and see if you feel better. Not condemning alcohol, it is just suggested to lay off by gastroenterologists.

I'm sorry but you really need to take some time to create a sentence that can be followed if you would like someone to try and answer. My mother had stress related chest pains which could be severe at times, and she ended up having the most success with a technique called bio-feedback. However, according to your first paragraph, you are apparently having various problems including every part of your body with the exception of your legs (from what I could gather - again, English sentences help a lot), and therefore I would suggest working closely with your Doctors to determine the source of your issues.

You are going to panic yourself into a heart attack. Almost everything you have noted can be brought on by stress. Acid reflux, and ulcers, chest pain, loose bowels. I would highly recomment you consider some kind of relaxation therapy. You have had the tests required to determine if it is heart related. You know that it is not. Worrying about it is only going to increase the symptoms. Your brain will never make a liar out of you. It is the control center for your entire body. It is so powerful that women who desparately want to be pregnant will actually cease their periods and their breasts and stomachs will respond. You have to take control of yourself before you do end up with some serious problems. Check around for some free meditation courses. Auto suggestion courses. Bio-feedback courses. Find a detailed and absorbing hobby that takes you out of yourself. The more detailed and demanding the better. Cut back on the caffine products. Do not cut the out completely. Caffine is something that one has to wean from slowly. Check with your medical provider for recommendations.
Don't automatically become defensive when someone says it could be "in your head". That brain is the most complex, amazing, powerful thing in existance. Right now you are reinforcing that something must be wrong, and your brain is producing the appropriate responses in your other organs. I can control my body temperature, my blood pressure, and can think away the hiccups in seconds. I went from being highly ticklish to not being at all. All with the power of my brain. But... it all begins with relaxing.

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.
Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life

.If you had a heart attack it would definitely show in your blood test no questions about it!! It does sound like a panic attack I had them and they were so bad that i would loose consciousness.
After being put on a right medication (Paxil), they stopped.
It was 12 years ago and Paxil saved my life.
