how u tell him depends on how close u guys r.if ur good friends just bring it up subtly in a convo.if u know him from a class or sumthin i say u should get to know him more personally nd THEN tell him u lyk him.either way.ur choice.good luck.

Tell them but be prepared for them to answer either way.
If you are friends now know that if they don't feel the same the friendship will never be the same. It doesn't have to end but it will be different.
Just tell them how you are feeling as best you can.

nope, I don't have the balls to tell someone I like them. Its an evil stalemate! Its like WW1 trench warfare, no gains on either front! Either she is too scared to make the first move, or she actually just wants to be friends, who hang out constantly, go to dinner etc... Meh, just do it because in the extremely unlikely event that your the girl I like, I'd want you to make a move!

i will as i know love needs courage...if u dont let this person know than you would always hide your feelings...it is not good...to me I will tell him directly...
