I would go with 50% Japanese, 10% Vietnamese and Cambodian, 25% Israeli, and 15% Basque. This would be something I would want to adjust as the fighting progressed. I think the US is the best but I would put good contract money on the soldiers from these countries because I have seen them at work. And I would need to adjust for the country to be invaded.
