I've seen numerous pornstars do @ss to mouth. I know that fecal matters can severly damage your body and could even kill you. Do they use some kind of chemical to kill all the bacteria in that region before doing @ss to mouth?

i don't think there's so much health concern when it comes to that. all they have to do is get a few shots and blood tests. and they get paid a ton, i guess it's worth it to them...
