Probably. Breasts are fatty tissue and if you lose weight that's one place you'll lose at least some of it.

Different people seem to lose weight first in different places (face, tummy, hips, bust).

Don't worry too much about it. If you eat a good diet and exercise, the general loss of chub will make what you have up top look better even if you lose a little.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

yes your breasts will likely go down in cup size but what is the big deal? Would you rather have a large ***, fat legs and a tripple chin to go with your large breasts? You will feel and look much better after losing the weight, you will be healthier and you will be more attractive because you will have better self confidence. Trust me, guys will like you for all the right reasons instead of liking you for your fun bags.

Your bra cup size will definitely decrease. But such is the sacrifice of being skinny!

soups can be both filling and comforting try making a garden or bean soup with low salt broth and store in portion sized cups for later
