first: get motivated, if your not really into doing it then it will NEVER work.

second: set a goal. try to find a weight you would like to loose within about two weeks. make sure its not to high. but also make sure its not to low, you can just say 'half a pound in two weeks'. you will be doing this forever and not getting far. you want results. go for them. when you have reached you limit, reward yourself! this doesnt mean go eat a box of twinkys, it simply means go to dinner with friends and maby buy something a little on the hearty side.

third: get active!!! you must be active. there is really no other choice. now this does not mean you have to start running 6 miles everyday, it simply means add more excercises into your day. it doesnt have to be much, just more than usual. your going to sweat, big deal. the end result is worth it.

fourth: eat healthier, most people gain weight by eating things not good for them or high in calories and not enough things that are good for you!

fifth: avoid negitive things. and that just means people or things that make you want to go back to your old self. if you really really want to loose weight, these things should very much be avoided. but make sure your not hiding yourself from the world. get out there. find people that want to loose weight like you. there are alot, maby make a schedule with them.

now after you have done things like this for ahwile, you should be looking diffrent. maby not much, but your going to feel better. not just about yourself but also phisicaly. eating healthier gives you more energy and excercising also makes you happier. i hope this might work for you. it may seem a little rediculose i know comming from a fourteen year old, but i do wish you luck and hope in the end you have what you wanted.

I totally understand where you are coming from. You just have to get up off your butt and tell yourself you are going to go exercise. Try walking, biking, joining a gym, swimming or any type of activity. Also you may try working out with a partner because they can help you get motivated as well. I just told myself to stop being so lazy, to get off my butt and start exercising to become healthy.

haha sounds like me!

my boyfriend took me to join the gym with him, and they do an evaluation every 2 months to see how you're going... it's terrifying because someone will actually see how lazy you are, but it does make a difference because you have something to aim towards

if you dont want to join a gym, then the buddy system is always good (if you have a friend of family member who wants to exercise with you) - just have someone to go jogging with and make sure neither of you blow it off, and always make sure the other person comes with you!

u can eat all u want but u need t oeat in less amounts....

in breakfast if u eat 3 eggs only eat 1 and if u eat 3 toast then only eat 2

same for the other meals

try doing a program with a buddy..my sister and i do weight watchers together and go to the gym together...cant be outdone by my younger sister so it helps...good motivation also to have a diet buddy

take a picture of yourself and put it on the fridge, trust me that will get you motivated fast

try not eating after 6pm..it works!!
