ok you know what really should be flatter,but inreality it just kida hangs over.Tummy tuc would be nice.however is there "really" a way to work that off with excercise?I think Doctors should trim that off before they sew it up..and where did they learn to ..sew ? lol,weight loss is happening but ya know that belly is hanging in there............. from my women's group...

Ihave the same problem. I had 2 c-sections I know exactly what your talking about.... "The Flap". I feel the only way to go is a tummy tuck. They should just automatically give you one after you give birth lol.

OK, yes I am a guy. But my ex had three C-sections and one other female surgery. And I remember what the Dr. told her. You can do a variety of abdominal exercises to build up the stomach muscles. But the only thing that burns fat is cardiovascular exercise. You have to get the heart rate up and keep up for so long. That and proper diet. Now of course I haven't had a C-section. But this is kind of an exercise question, too. I have been lifting weights and doing various abdominal exercise for about a year and a half. And even though there is muscle under there, I still have a slight overhang. I have a lot health problems and about all I can do is walk. But my Dr. says that is pretty good cardio for me. So maybe someday this overlap will diminish. Maybe you can find an excercise class at the YMCA or something similar near you. Don't give up, it will come off.

i have a book called 'lose your mommy tummy' and it talk s about how so many women never lose their tummy. it's not because of the fat, it's because of the muscles. when you are pregnant the muscles stretch in a certain way. something like 90% of women never get them back to where they are supposed to be. this book shows you certain exercises that you can do to get your tummy back.

uh whats your question? can you get rid of loose skin after pregnancy? no, you cant excercise. you have to have a tummy tuck.
