If you're looking to use your own mix, I think disco/funk is awesome. Old 70s stuff like Donna Summer, newer stuff like Christina A's "Fighter", anything by the Black-Eyed Peas, old rap like Run DMC and Will Smith -- all are fun and motivating.

In the movie "American Beauty", Kevin Spacey is doing excersice with "All right now" by Free.
