If you have Microsoft Word or any similar program, you probably do.

To make ñ, hold down the ALT key and on the number pad punch in 0241.

For ¿ hold down ALT and type in 0191.

For ¡ hold down ALT and type in 0161.

¡Espero que esto te ayude!

Hold down the alt-key and type 0241 to get ñ. Use the numbers from the numeric keypad. If it doesn't work with Num Lock on, try it with Num Lock off.

Question mark: alt-168 ¿. This is not a 4-digit code and does not correspond to the HTML codes. There is a 4-digit code for this and I have forgotten it.

alt-173 ¡ Again, there is a 4-digit code for this and I have forgotten it.

á alt-0225 é alt-0233 í alt-0237 ó alt-0243 ú alt-0250

Happy writing!

÷ alt-0247

¡ alt-0161

ª alt-0170 ("segunda" is abbreviated "2ª")

° alt-0176 ("segundo" is abbreviated "2°")

That's actually a degree sign. I believe there is a better "o" sign among the available HTML characters.

I have a really long way of adding in special characters to messages. Holding the ALT key and typing in a string of numbers calls up certain letters and symbols in the computer's character map (windows, at least, not sure on macs). like, holding ALT and typing 0241 (in that order) will bring up ñ. There's strings like that for all the accented letters too.
0225 is á
0233 is é
and so on.

But that way is really long and is really annoying to learn.

If you have Microsoft word then go to "insert" then "symbol" and then look for the n with the curl and the opening symbols. It is there you might just have to look. I know they are there because I checked first

You don't need any special software. If you are using a PC, you can use ASCII Alt+number combinations to do this.

I'm not sure how to do it on a Mac, but I'm pretty sure it's possible there too.
