No, a dog will not die from eating some fish food. It is possible that Dog's stomach is upset for a while, but there will be no further complications.
Heh, I'm curious why the question was asked...Did someone's canine friend get into the fish food? Heh.

Jana please take your dog to the vet today. Tests need to be done to find out why your dog is sick, and then the dog will be given the right medicine. Always take your dogs for check ups. My vet has a free walk in, any time if the dog is registered at the practice. Basically they will let you weigh for free, come in and buy wormers/ flea control preventitives and get quick help like taking a tick out. And they will answer quick questions. It is often times like this, that the vet will notice something is wrong, which we have not picked up on. I do not know what you mean by live in a dog lot..if you mean they live outside and unsupervised then this is part of the reason why your dogs have become ill and died. If you still have your dead dog's body, take it in for a necropsy..this is so they can find out why he died.

I have 3 cats and a dog, they all go into the fish pellets one day and ate a TON of them, they are all alive and kicking and still trying to get into the now sealed very tightly fish food container!

my puppy ate a whole container of fish food a few weeks ago and nothing happened to her, she didn't even act sick. I only knew she ate it because I found the can in the yard.
