I'm 5'7'' - 5'9'' and weigh 172 pounds...

... I'd like to weigh 107. What sort of changes in my NYC life, activity, and diet would I have to do in order to lose this much weight?

I am 17 and I increased the amount of excercise and started eating less. I've lost 10 pounds this way. My goal though is 115. height 5'0 - current weight 150.

EWWWWW 107 is a disgustingly tooooo low weight for your height. i will not give you tips on how to lose that much weight.

the healthy weight of someone your heigh is between 135-145. To lose about 30lbs. i'd suggest replacing a sandwich with some sort of salad that includes meat, getting rid of bad sugars (icecream, candy, cookies..), no potatoe chips or bad processed food, and exercise that makes you sweat for at LEAST 20 minutes daily.

good luck.. and DONT ever weigh 107 or anywhere close to that please!!!

If you can afford it, go to Weight Watchers.
I used to work there. We had several girls your age that were very successful with their program. You will be surprised at what all you will be able to eat. Go to Weight Watchers.com to find a place close to you. It's about $10-$12 a week.
107 is too thin. Try for about 135.

aim for 160 then see how you feel from there stop aiming so low . then if you arnt happy from then aim for 150 and so on maybe by 120 you'd realize you are happy with your weight aim little by little. we never accomplish big goals all at once we accomplish small ones first. but i think 107 lb is fine as long as you eat healthy and dont loose the weight by anorexica or going bulumic or any form of an eating disorder

Buy "The college dorm workout" By marthe vedral. It's wonderful! It gives healthy diet tips and and exercise program that is easy and only involves a set of 5 pound dumbbells. It gives you a realistic approach to getting into shape.

For your height u´ll look very skinny and ugly if u want to reach 107!. Just try to have evening walks, join gym if u´ve time, and try to eat balanced diet.I think u´re just ok unless u admire N. Richie´s figure!

BIG BREAKFAST. reaserch it. it is an awsome way to lose weight. but i seriously think 107 is tooooooo skinny.
