On local channels with a pair of rabbit ear antennas. You want get much of a selection and the picture may not be that great, but it's free.

You need a UHF antenna and a VHF antenna otherwise known as "rabit ears", the stations will come in clear if you are within 15 miles of a big city. But if you're in a rural part of America like me, just stare in the neighbor's windows when they're watching ur favorite show.

find someone else who has a tv... then you don't even have to pay for electricity. But otherwise bunny ears are you best bet (unless you know of a fast food joint that keeps the tv on the channel you like)

get a set of rabbit ears because you can't watch tv free without cable
