To get your own Credit card you should be 18 but i think with a co-signer, you can have one at 15.

You can't get a credit card on your own until you're 18. You have to be of legal age in order to execute a contract, which is what a credit card agreement is. If you were under 18 and someone gave you a credit card, you could use up all the credit and walk away, and the lender would have no recourse to go after you since a contract signed by a minor is invalid.

Fifteen year olds are not able to enter into legally binding contracts. Therefore, you are not able to get a credit card.
You will be able to use your parent's credit card with their permission under certain circumstances.
And, by the way, you will reach age eighteen soon enough. I remember my own teenage days (daze) and I thought I would never get to be an adult. Now that I am here...time moves too fast.

You have to be 18. Your parents can make you an authorized user, which means you have a card in your name and theirs and they are responsible for paying the bill. Once you get a few years older, they can co-sign for you to have a credit card, which means that you are responsible for paying, but in case you don't, they have to. To have your own card where only you are responsible, you have to be 18.

Your parent/guardian can sign you up for a Pac Sun card for sure...
I guess so, with a guardian's permission. They might have to sign a form or something.
